Placement Service Manager
 

Minimum 4 days per week

 

Adoptionplus are developing a ground breaking new approach to adoption and we are looking to recruit a manager for this exciting new service. We are further developing our unique therapeutic placement model to also include direct contact with birth families via well supported therapeutic life story conversations.

 

We are looking for an experienced adoption manager passionate about this area of work, to lead this visionary new service. Someone who understands the importance of relationships and the benefits of a therapeutic DDP informed approach to adoption. 

 

We take an early intervention and prevention approach to support, and provide our families with long term access to our comprehensive range of specialist multi-disciplinary therapeutic services.  We are committed to maintaining a nurturing, creative and flexible organisational culture where learning is encouraged and valued.

 

We seek applicants who are both proactive and reflective, and are committed to providing a service that is truly helpful to all involved.
